About the role
Lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary technical programs from inception through successful delivery
- Identify and manage critical program dependencies and risks
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Technical Program Managers
- Foster a collaborative, empowering, and results-oriented team environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of progressive experience in data center operations, infrastructure management, or a relevant technical domain
- 8 years of experience in infrastructure
- 5 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports
- 4 years of experience managing projects
