• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary technical programs from inception through successful delivery
• Identify and manage critical program dependencies and risks
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Technical Program Managers
• Foster a collaborative, empowering, and results-oriented team environment

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of progressive experience in data center operations, infrastructure management, or a relevant technical domain
• 8 years of experience in infrastructure
• 5 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports
• 4 years of experience managing projects
